How many POPs do you add to your collection a month?

Probably about 1 to 3 POP's a month. Give or take. Some months I don't pick anything up and other months it might be a little above 3.

Last time I replied here I was at about 15-20 (SDCC month I must have added 40!). Post con season I have dropped down to about 5, and there is not a ton I have preordered right now so it will stay low for a bit.

Pre-orders changed that a bit, some don't like that long wait for the pop to be shipped.

I used to add a lot more than I do now. it would seem about1 per month but sometimes I don't add any. if you ask me last year I would say about 3-5 per month.

Like a lot of people, when I first started collecting Funkos, I would buy any character from any line that I had the slightest interest in. I wasn't choosy at all. Nowadays, I get Funkos that really mean something to me. I might buy 2-3 a month, maybe. Right now I'm trying to downsize my collection.

I started out strong and wild at first. More I collected the more i realized I had a problem LOL. Over the years I have had to limit down to specific characters rather than whole sets which is how I started. Even with a few characters theres still tons of each. It doesnt help that I literally love everything and everything seems nostalgic to me. I have Pops and or minis etc in almost every room or closet in my home. One day I may be able to limit myself even more but its and now I have a whole Funko Family all over the world so now I am emotionally vested.

I don’t think I made that transition until about Year 3 or so of collecting. Maybe year 3 or 4 but at some point you learn how the ecosystem works & it kinda alters how you collect.

My New Year's resolution was to stick to my main lines, which is mostly Marvel. I think I've gotten at least 4-5 pops or sodas per month so far, but when these pre-orders start shipping out, I'll be in big trouble

Still hasn't changed from what I posted here in July last year. Maybe a grail here or there every once in a while, maybe a proto if my partner finds something on whatnot, any NFT redeemables being delivered, or if there's a convention we're attending that Funko will have a presence at. Between running out of space and venturing into other hobbies and interests, that's what's been keeping us from regularly adding more to our Funko collection compared to a couple years ago.

Before I moved back to San Diego it was quite a bit (5 or more/month). Lately though I have not been getting too much. Outside of SDCC I probably only get one a month or less. I took a big reduction in square footage when we moved to SD and I used to have an office at my old place where I filled the room, but no office in the new place. I have so many POP!’s that I can’t even display what I currently have. Outside of Freddy Funko POP!’s or Teen Titans Go! I really don’t get that much. I have been really liking the NFT royalty POP!’s though… Can’t wait for my Freddy as Space Ghost and Freddy as Beast Boy.
