Jodie Whittaker is just not the right person for comedy. Haley Atwell would have been oh so much better.

You are correct, it should come out New Year’s Day. The next full series hasn’t even started filming though so the next season is probably 2022. The head of the BBC said the show was impossible to film under social distancing conditions.

That makes sense. I also think they like to introduce the new doctor at SDCC so maybe an intro at SDCC 2021 and then start filming late 2021 early 2022. In the meantime I would love one or two more Pops to add to this line. Its been awhile.

Sounds like a decent time line that could be easy enough to follow.

I just noticed on the Funko app that all of the Doctor Who Pops are vaulted. That combined with the lack of releases since NYCC 2019 means we probably lost our chance to get all of the Doctors.

My first POP wasn’t Doctor Who, but it was walking the floor at SDCC and seeing a Peter Capaldi 12th Doctor that started my actual POP collecting so this line will always have a special place in my collection.

I wouldn't say the chance of all the doctors are done, could be saving it for once the conventions come around again. It has a big enough following that I could see them still having plans for it.

This is terrible. We should have been given all of the Doctors at least before they vaulted the line. I could have lived without all the variants and the companions in favour of all thirteen doctors.

Once a new doctor comes I can almost guarantee there will be new pops. Just not the right time to release any now.

I've no doubt that the next regeneration will bring with it some new pops. Whether or not it's just the new Doctor or a deeper line remains to be seen. I'd certainly rather see more characters (old and new, preferably aliens that haven't been produced) than more variants of the same Doctors, though.

I agree.

It’s great to see the doc in whatever pose/costume they had for a second and half in an episode, but more characters would be way more preferable.

It’s a real shame this line seems to be dead because I think the current series Flux could have some really good Pops. Swarm for sure, but Karvanista would be great. Who doesn’t want a Pop of a dog man?

Maybe it's something to do with the production/supply issues that everybody is having, cause it's still a fairly popular series and like you mentioned with the flux series also.

I'd love to see the Jo Martin Doctor too, I am a big fan of her in the show. I am hoping for DW NFT set, honestly, and they can put a few Doctors who might be lower sellers as redemptions.

Seems unlikely but I REALLY hope we at least get the rest of the Doctors at some point, even a final wave with all of them.
2,3, 5, 6, 7, 8, Fugitive.
After that, would love a couple versions of the Master, besides Missy.
A few more older companions maybe, and a plethora of creatures would be nice, but at least the rest of the Doctors. Ugh.

Even though we'll be getting a new Doctor, I don't expect any new Pops to be released for about a year (if at all). I so hope I'm wrong in this assumption.
There are so many awesome characters from this season, would love to have them in Pop form!
