i do hope so, i think 5 is part of the problem though. it wasn't really the Gears most people wanted so it killed a lot of hype for the franchise.

I really didn't mind Gears 5 at all, it was different but the play was still fun!

playing as Jack was a lot of fun, i just think the story was.... well let's just say not great. Don't get me wrong, Gears was never really high quality storytelling, but 5 just went a really weird direction, especially towards the end.
