Yarn textured Pops
They make yarn Amiibo, would anyone be into the same thing for pops? What would be some great characters to be yarn? Edit: Also, am I dumb and there are already these?

Re: Yarn textured Pops
I think they've got enough variants with flocked, metallic, GITD, black & white, chrome, etc. so me and my wallet would not be on board
If they did come out with them though I'd say any animal would be a good pick.

Re: Yarn textured Pops
Yeah I wouldn't be a fan of this as a variant, but would be cool for specific characters. Like this would make sense for a Sackboy pop and it looks like they've already got a license with Sony...

It would have to be in a line I collect but I think they would be fun to look at

Those yoshi amiibos turned out way cooler than I thought. If done right it could be a cool line. I don’t know why but it immediately made me think of a coraline Line, buttons for eyes of course.

Yea I'm all in for more types of variants. Yarn seems like an awesome idea!

Sackboy from Little Big Planet is an obviously great idea. I also like maybe a yarn head Sam from Trick or Treat, or maybe a yarn Eeyore....
Thank you everyone for this awesome community

Not quite yarn, but I’d be down for a burlap flocked Scarecrow! I love when Funko gets creative with their variants!

Well, something different in a sense for like Big Bird other than say flocked could be a great addition. But could be a mess as well.

I could see a variant of plushes for it, but there's so many pop variants already that my wallet is crying.

Re: Yarn textured Pops
I really like the amiibo yarn variants so a few pops( as long as the characters are right) would be really cool.

Re: Yarn textured Pops
For certain Pops it would be great. While I doubt there would by any demand for them whatsoever, Tim Burton's '9' would be perfect for it.

Have to say that there are plenty of variants so no more variants and my wallet will be happy.

Sounds interesting for sure, but aside from a handful of characters, i can't see them looking very appealing for most characters.
