Do I chance it by cancelling and hope I get them, or hope that I can catch the tracking? I hardly ever order from Walmart, but know the items normally show up in a day or so. Is that even enough time to change the tracking?

You might be able to make an account with whoever ships for them (Fedex, UPS, etc.) and change the address with them. I don't do a lot of Pop shopping in Walmart stores, but the few times I have checked out their sections, I did not see much in the way of popular exclusives, which would make me lean toward not cancelling. That being said, the aftermarket price for them is usually not super high once the initial distribution is over, so you could probably eBay it without spending too much more.
