Some anime ones I'd love are Straw Hat Luffy Freddy from One Piece, Bankai Ichigo Freddy from Bleach, and Hisoka Freddy from Hunter x Hunter.

With Funko NFT it’s best to think of them as buying scratch tickets and hoping you win more than as actual NFT
