What's the likelihood that Nintendo would agree to give their license though?

I read somewhere that Pokemon was easier because the licensing was done by another company.

YES. Mario Kart Pop Rides would be super high up on my list for Nintendo Pops. There's just so many characters, and the potential is truly endless. As a fan of the larger sized pops, a 10" or 19" Bowser would be so great.

I thought about this the other day. Perhaps this was a give until the big break through license of Nintendo came through. Even if there was another company running the Pokémon license, I still have to think Nintendo had some say into it.

YES!!! I would assume the standard Pop! would be 6" and then you could do a 10" and 19" ones to top it off.

Sure hope the Nintendo license will be granted in any case! I've always been a huge fan of Nintendo's various characters and games since the first SMB on the NES!

A Kirby line would be the death of me lol

Just make sure to at least drop in more than Kirby color variants. I NEED King Dedede & Meta Knight!

As variants, they can have the power-up icons for the Machine Gun and Laser Gun, Rapid Bullets.

It is a good start, I would not be surprised if funko had a ton of designs already lined up just waiting for that license.

I would love to see a Nintendo line, but I feel like Nintendo wouldn't be super willing to make it happen unless they could work it into their Amiibo line somehow.

I would love to see Mario Kart pop rides, Zelda pops, and Mario 64 pops.

I’d also really love a movie(?) moment of Mario and flood with Baby bowser as shadow Mario and his paint brush. I just think that it would look amazing.

pokemon group owns pokemon. That's why a few pops exist.

Nintendo likes keeping licenses they own in house and with amiibos I don't think pops are super likely. But we can hope
