Still really hoping for BattleToads or Earthworm Jim next year. I think the Toads would be perfect for ECCC.

Maybe a licensing issue? Cause battle toads are a popular brand still.

I just think of the cool Battletoad moments or even maybe BattleToad video game background like a Pop Album.

What if they were to get the license back then they could do a line with different times of the Chipmunks ka 60's version, 90's version, etc.

That's an idea I like, I'm not ever sure how many changes they had after the 90s. The earlier ones I would find a spot for.

There have been 2 different ones in the 2000s, the movie versions 2007-2015 (most likely) and the tv series 2015 (probably not as I think they look weird haha)

That's a lot more than I would have thought for the 2000s, 4 movies and I can barely recall one of them.

I think that is the only one I can partially remember watching. I wouldn't think they made too many changes in the characters for those though.

The live action aren't the best, but the chipmunks would make for great pops, not too different than chip & dale, just with their three oversized colored sweaters.

That's true, they should just do a 3 pack of them like they have done for some other cartoons. Flocked even.

it's up there with Kurt Cobain being made into a literal company mascot and all the people who thought the Bernie pop was a good idea a couple years ago, irony is still alive and hilarious my friend.
