The future of Overwatch Pop!s?

I was thinking since the 2019 Overwatch pop!s have been revealed, and was thinking, what is the future of Overwatch Pop!s gonna look like? And that's why i created this discussion on the future of Overwatch Pop!s and what will it look like? Let me know on what you think about this.

That's a great question! It'll probably be awhile until we get a new hero, so I would expect nothing entirely new for awhile. However, they could totally do more skins and utilize the new 10" Pop!s! I'm hoping one day for a 10" D.Va or Roadhog.

yeah. they could do more skins, and maybe remodels of characters from previous waves of pop!s. which skins would you want?

We still don’t have a Baptiste yet, so we’ll probably get him soon. Other than the three new characters every year they can continue making skins and variants of characters doing their ultimates. Hopefully they don’t just stop making pops though.

I feel outside of the new characters that get revealed, characters that have been previously released will get more 'action pose' Pops in new skins, kind of how they redid Reaper and Pharah.

The future is Tracer, Reaper, Mei, D’Va variants and different poses. Those are the biggest fan favorites and sell like hot cakes.

would be cool if they could so some pops of characters doing their alts, maybe a movie/game moment line

Well, I for one would love a Bob, along with Baptiste in the next wave. Maybe we'll get a new hero in the next few weeks to be added to that wave, maybe not. If not, that leaves a few spots for alternative skins. I'd guess Widow might get a new skin considering that was one of the earlier releases, Winston could have a rage variant, too.

So many opportunities for gaming moments.... Mortal Kombat comes to mind, but Overwatch would be at the top of my list to collect in that series!

I'd love some more legendary skins such as Doom Fist's swamp creature skin or Moira's Banshee skin.

The future for Overwatch pops is looking good. The game is still super popular and theres a bunch of skins and variations that Funko hasn't made yet.

I personally think with a game like Overwatch skins work in a similar way to pop variants so they're gonna continue taking my money

Sigma will be a weird one. Having a stand like Cultist Zenyatta butI saw some people's being broken. It will be difficult as a design perspective to make him as a POP

Yup! I'm right there with you on this one. They did a great job with some of the Halloween ones, the Junkenstein and Roadhog ones in particular are 2 of my favorite Overwatch variants. Would really like to see them do more with this since there's so many skins in the game.

Yea, unfortunately for this franchise this is all they can really do. New characters aren't introduced frequently. I'm sure they can also release some pop rides which could be very relevant to the game...

Yes, hand down the best Reaper skin out and will fit perfectly with all of the Halloween variants we currently have.
