Can you imagine if we were counting variants as well?
That catapults actors who play popular characters - Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, RDJ, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Stranger Things kids, etc.

For different characters made into Pops, the leader board is looking like Tom Hanks, Will Ferrell, Will Smith, Chris Hemsworth, Sam Jackson, and Keanu?

I was hoping Kurt Russell, but I think he only has 4, John Ruth, Ego, Jack Burton, Wyatt Earp.

Andy Serkis has a few, Klaue, Caesar, few different Gollums, Supreme Leader Snoke.

Yeah good call. I was thinking of him while I was moving my pops to new risers a few minutes ago. 3 from SNL (Spartan cheerleader, Steve Butabi, More Cowbell) and the movies you listed for 7 at least

Yeah I don't think or at least no one else comes to mind that might have more than Will Ferrell. Samuel Jackson might come close tho.

Based on the original post, you cant count Conan. Conan only has the one show. In this case they are looking for one actor will multiple movies that have a pop. For instance, recently Tom hanks was annouced for Big, Cast Away, Forrest Gump, and Toy story. THat counts as 4 where conan would only count as one. No variants count. Otherwise, IT or a star wars character would win.
