They are both beautiful. With all the variants of the same characters in the hikari line I am beginning to steer clear of some characters as a completist. I am glad I decided to stick with the Asto Boys though. These are awesome.

My thinking as well.
I have stayed away from Tranformers and Spiderman's for the most part. Also the Mindstyle ones, but I may need to get started on these.

I will need all the Astro Boys though. Friday can't come soon enough, I'll be ordering the max on these bad boys.
I agree with Mike too the red is my fav to date. It was the Pyro Astro Boy until I saw this one.

With 2 Astro Boys on the shelf and 2 pre-ordered, I'm going to try and resist this round to see what happens down the road. My goal is to stop with 6 to 8 of them. That Infrared is going to be hard to resist though. I'm thinking I like it better than the rice candy version, so maybe I'll just have to swap them out.

They all look great, though...that's the problem

Well, I've been able to skip buying the Metal Mix Astro Boy, so there could be hope. And I really do think that once I have the metallic Astro Boy, I'll be able to let go of my Rice Candy Astro Boy. At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
