I realize I am way more excited about Astro Boy hikari than anyone else on the board, so I'm okay talking to myself about him

There's my Astro boy friend! Nah I'm hoping they'll use different colors for Astro, that was just the first distressed piece I could think of.

haven't found that yet, was content finding out it was real by way of Funko Singapore's FB page... it was bed time shortly after that.

Just because I've been really quiet lately doesn't mean I'm not super excited about this piece. the Astro Boy hikari are by far my favorite Hikari pieces so far. I was p*** when the NVS version got pushed to January from November.

Welcome back I was so bummed to see all the versions of Astro get pushed back, Simply Toys is claiming to have NVS, Metallic and Distressed in stock this Friday... so I'm considering just cancelling my EE pre order. But with NVS apparently being an EE exclusive, I'm still waiting to see what simply toys gets in stock. Well I'd still have to leave my pre order for Metal Mix, can't wait for that one!

Re: Distressed Astro boy hikari
Astro Boy is definitely my favorite Hikari at this point. But I think Mike has us all beat on the enthusiasm. Just got a notice on my pre-order from EE; was very bummed about the push-back to January, but not surprised at all.

Are we including unreleased hikari on this list? Because if so Groot is by far my favorite but astroboy is pretty cool. I don't really like the distressed colors though.

I have loved Astroboy forever, very excited about this piece. My dream would be to continue the old Japanese cartoons and introduce a Gigantor, now that would be the coolest.

Seems that you're clairvoyant Kim. Gigantor and Astro Boy in the same display case...this will simply ROCK.
As for the distressed Astro Boy, I'll pass. Glad they made it easy for me

Not that I've been able to find yet, $115 is cheaper than the one from Singapore even with conversion.

Gamma has been released and sold out (by Funko) EE has them up for order now, I've got my order placed.
I'm guessing with Gemini's web redesign, they'll be coming soon? Not exclusive to anyone.
