Tragedy struck as a Kevin Eastman signed Raphael Hikari figure crossed paths with a feisty 2 year old earlier today.
Witnesses reported that the figure owner’s cries of shock were short lived upon witnessing the joyous laughter of the child.
When asked for comment, he merely said “Totally worth it, to make a new Turtle fan”

ouch...sorry for the L

Worst thing you can do is toss them. You might change your mind later and want to put them back in the box.

Do you happen to take out the plastic inserts and then fold the boxes flat? I overheard someone at SDCC say they do that, but haven't heard of anyone else ever doing that.

That is a waste of time and energy in my opinion. Where am I going to store the inserts and hope that I remember what insert goes with what box. Lets face it, my memory is just not that good. I suppose the inserts do not need to be kept in mind condition so they could be tossed in a box. I would have to label the insert to go with what box. If I did that then yes I could flatten my boxes.

That would make sense..that it's a waste of time, especially labeling them so you know which insert goes with with box/pop.

I just keep them in the box, unless it is absolutely necessary to take them out. I still have some mystery minis in sealed boxes.

They are still a mystery to me. They are Coco minis and I have a whole case. I going to wait for my granddaughter who is 2 to get a little older than give them to her. She is a big coco fan.

Even if you plan on keeping the pieces OOB for life, I really would say keep the boxes if you have the space or in case you want to put them in storage ever. They will be properly protected in them.

Love to display them with the box. But is all depend if you have enough space. Without the boxes is easier to display more figures.
