Is it just me or does this paragraph make it sound like they produced these without the permission of the Royal Family.

The right of publicity is different for politicians and public figures. I don't exactly know all the details, but I'm sure this is the same reason they were able to make Trump, Clinton, and Sanders Pops. I would be shocked if these were canceled.

They probably didn't get them for trump hillary and bernie pops either, but public servants are basicly public property until they leave office and the royal family is as public as it gets. and trying to sue all the companies making souvenirs of any of these people are going to be tiresome and takes more time then running that office they are in

This makes sense, I was not aware likeness rights were different for politicians. I figured they were the same as athletes or actors, but I guess they both have unions to protect their likeness.

I'm a huge Royal watcher, fan, buff, whatever you want to call it. I want all of these. Official or not, I love them. I definitely need both Diana's (love her hair), the Queen, and William, Harry, and Kate. I think I can pass on Charles, though. I say this as I'm watching The Crown on Netflix. lol

The blog says "introductory series" so I hope there will be another wave of British Royals or possibly other royals. Maybe we'll see some historical figures. I would love to see Henvy VII, Anne Boleyn, and Elizabeth I. Maybe we'll even see the newest modern British Royal next year, Meghan. Obviously, I'm very excited!

I have no interest in the Royals but I think this is a really neat idea and hope to see more "real" people like this. I don't like "real people" pops so much when it is an actor (no costume, nothing interesting about the outfit) but live (or dead) people, I like the idea..

I like how everything but the Corgi is divisive.
