DIY Display ideas

Postby islander671 » Tue Feb 13, 2018 3:15 pm

Hi all,

Fairly new to the forum, but not new to collecting. Just wanted to ask the best fans in the world how they display their collections? Purchased shelving, diy shelving, cases, etc.

Would love to hear from you all as I am trying to figure out the best ideas besides buying another home with a spare master bedroom for the growing collection haha.

Thanks in advance!!

Personally I've got shelves with wooden risers that I put together from some reclaimed wood that I intend to spray black to be a bit more conspicuous. Didn't have the risers before and it looked a little sparse. I'm oob though, probably wouldn't work in-box. If you're in box then it looks cool when people put shelves up to essentially form a Pop wall. Maybe 4-5 boxes stacked tall per shelf.

Sounds awesome! Would you happen to have any pics of your display?

I am an In and out of box collector now. I started as an Inbox Collector until my son found them lol.

I prefer Mosslanda shelves from Ikea. Two different lengths and are perfect depth for POP in a soft protector.

Can’t go wrong with Baseball bat displays and detolfs with risers. Great for those who aren’t great at diy or want cheap display solutions.
