I can see it too! Kind of like when BK did the star wars toys and more adults were ordering the meals than kids lol

I am in the same boat, I try not to eat at McDonalds and if I do...it's just an order of fries with a sweet tea
But the memories alone make this a must have set. I can even remember having a birthday party at my local McDonalds. That awesome cake and party favors, the play area, and that creepy guy dressed as Ronald made it an amazing day lol

Yeah I still haven't seen these. Would love to see them before I make the purchase. If they look good I'll make the move too.

I just saw a Reddit post stating that the person received a call from GS with the unfortunate news that they would not be receiving the pops after all. This was on r/funkopop. Has anyone else heard this?? They seem to think that these could be Funko Shop exclusives.

You and me both. I won't believe until there is more than one occurrence of this. The person could be trolling, but it seemed legit to me. Hard to tell on Reddit.

Just found the thread on Reddit. Part of me thinks it is fake because of the mention of an email. I've never received emails from GameStop about any of my pre-orders before.

popcurated on Instagram just shared a screenshot of the email that GS received. I think the OP was saying that GS called them to tell them they received an email from the manufacturer stating the pops won't be available there. It seems as though thisay be true.

Ugh this makes me really sad! Hopefully they aren't canceled and show up on the Funko Shop or something. Part of me is worried that they'll be part of the Pop Up Shop madness this year...

Yah i have these pre ordered as well. haven't gotten a cancellation for it though...going to ride it out. One time a guy had preordered the hooded luke when it first went up...then it was taken down by gamestop. When it was time for the release, the guy who never got his refund, was able to pick one up since he had it preordered waaaayyy before.

I really hope that these won’t be SDCC exclusives, because that would be pretty terrible for most of the people who pre-ordered won’t be able to get them. Hopefully they’ll be Funko shop (big numbers) or McDonald’s exclusives, which would be a lot of fun IMO.

They will likely still happen. Funko has pulled stuff out like that before, and have it reappear as an exclusive elsewhere
