I hope so, it wouldn't be altered beast without the full cast.

Maybe they are testing the waters with this one to see how well it sells before doing all the characters

I am a huge Altered Beast fan but not a fan of the 8-bit POPs, so these are killing me.
I would have preferred 2 different 3pks
* main hero scrawny, muscular, and SUPER JACKED
* wolf version, dragon version, and Tiger version
I would have been good with individual POPs of the main hero and his forms (wolf, bear, dragon, or tiger), so basically a 5 character set

Ugh that would be tough....Just hope I dont have to worry about making that decision. I guess I would more then likely buy them as adding to my Cowboy memorabilia instead of funko memorabilia

I spent a long time playing on this game when I was a kid. Loved my Megadrive(Genesis).

It’s great to see a pop like this come out as I am very nostalgic, however I won’t be picking one up.
I don’t look at that werewolf and think Altered Beast at all. And also the game was 16-bit so that kinda bugs me.

Anyway that’s enough moaning for now.

One of my favorite ARCADE games of all times. That's right, I played this bad boy on an arcade MACHINE, no dang consoles, .

I'm not a big fan of the 8 bits, since I love the detail current pops have, and these lack, BUT I'll probably get these considering they may not make them in normal form.

I'd also love the dragon, bear and zombie forms, not to mention the muscled human form. Bring it Funko! I loved this game!!

FWIW, Altered Beast was released on 8 bit and 16 bit systems. I remember playing it on my 8-Bit Commodore 64. Still, I'm with you about not picking it up as I have no interest in pixelated pops.

Nice!!! Loved this game as a kid. Back when you could play a game for 30 minutes on 1 quarter. Now games are $2 and only last 5 minutes and then ask for more money...

Can't wait to see the other characters as well.

I only ever played on the Sega never saw an arcade version. And yes places like D&B are super expensive. We have a place in philly called Barcade which has some old school games still a qtr
