Who watched the new episode this week? We know Pops are coming and this episode had at least three that I wanted - the Tickets Please Guy, Biblesaurus, and military Morty. Hopefully the new Pops aren’t delayed too much thanks to our current situation.

Don't get me wrong, I love Rick and Morty. I really do. At one point I had the entire line, but when they started making a bunch of Pops from one-off bit characters it gave me no desire to get them.

The best example of the top of my head is the numerous variant Rick and Morty's from "Edge of Tomorty: Rick Die Rickpeat". Did we really need the Wasp, Teddy Bear, and Shrimp versions of them in addition to the multiple crystal Morty's? Some of those were in the episode for moments. Personally I'd rather see characters like members of the Council of Ricks, or The President, Principal Vagina (no relation), and Jessica. Or even more memorable ones from single episodes like Mr. Needful. Just my two cents.

Now that you mention it, I am pretty shocked that Jessica doesn’t have a Pop.

I don’t mind when minor characters get Pops, I think it’s fun. I would still like to see Rick’s heist crew get Pops.

Well, my logic was that they actually appear in more than one episode, have some actual import to the story/universe, and have more than a momentary cameo unlike the wasp, teddy bear, etc.

Yes. Maybe not multiple Crystal Mortys, but otherwise, yes.

Well hey at least someone is buying those ones! Personally, if they want to go that route I'd rather see characters like Sleepy Gary, Cousin Nicky, and of course, Pencilvester possibly packaged with another character. A nice accompaniment to Tinkles w Ghost in a Jar.

So many possibilities for a Pupa POP such as with the Harry Potter whistle Also Terry with all kinds of Pop culture shirts he wears. I’m not opposed to the one offs and I would argue that one of the great qualities of the show are these random one-off, unique characters that pepper the multiverse of Rick and Morty.

Sure there are some characters I would like to see made more than others, but I’ve gotten a kick out of seeing everything that has been made with each successive wave in the line so far.

Gundam Rick and Morty and Rick on Balthrama would be what I’d most like to see from Season 4 so far.

That's what I was thinking. It would be similar to Oogie, but I think it would still have a very unique feel.
