Everyone is in check out hell. Man these shipping rates are tough to calculate, what a complete and utter joke. If you don't have the staff for something like this, why release it? Why not do it a different way? It baffles me.

They really just need to go back to the old site. This new one has been a disaster for both Pegasus and Dwight so far. I'm not excited for any future releases unless there are some serious changes made.

not a good look for Funko in the eye of a lot of fans today. Every time they do their own thing on the site it is a disaster. Huge fan, but this is too much.

Well, hopefully next week is better than today. I couldn't load the shop with the 6" pegasus and of course shipping limbo today, so now I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever have luck with Funko shop again. Sure, I've missed out before, but since going to the new site...my luck has completely sucked lol

Really stinks for everyone, once they knew they had an issue they should of pulled it down right away. We sat and watch a circle for 2+ hours. Then Funko tweets like it was funny.

It was cancelled after 2 hours of the website crashing.

Took the site down, put it back up minus Dwight. Releasing "again" next week.

it was interesting for sure haha. I only tried to help some friends out after hearing what a nightmare they had right at the drop, hoping I'd be able to just slip in and grab 2, but nope... it was just a mess all around.

In hind sight they should have just left Dwight up on Wednesday as a ‘surprise’ drop. I am complete on The Office up to this Dwight and I am fearful the drop this week is going to have issues too. I really don’t want to have to go second hand market for this.

Yeah hopefully it's a bit easier this coming time. The new site has proven so far to be weak under load though - hopefully they'll have a server upgrade in place this go around

yeah! I like that they acknowledged there was a mistake, they owned it and said they'll make it right for those that missed out (as best they can by getting another shot to buy it), honestly not much more you can ask for!

I disagree as I'm sure many people do, the fact they can't figure it out by now just purely shows me they kinda don't care, and that's fine. Nature of the beast.

What numbers the strangler? I can’t find pics. And all the places I can find online that have it for pre sale seem a bit, well, dodgy.
