I agree with this. If we didn’t hype things so much the flippers wouldn’t know what to flip as easy. Granted that is easier said than done as we all know anything Freddy tends to be a hot item.
Let's hope they're not in here watching as we explode threads with ideas and suggestions and smileys doing this: !

Just like once people begin to get their BoF we explode with what the contents of the box are

I would think that my job would definitely interfere with trying to flip anything successfully, by the time I got around to selling something the hype would have worn off.
I'm totally the same way - I'll never be able to part with things fast enough to make any money. Made worse because when it's high value I want to hold onto it more.
wookieepool wrote:Katers wrote:wookieepool wrote:
I am sure they are. I can say for sure I would fail at being a flipper. I would end up keeping everything.
Same! Why would I want to give up the joy my pop (soda, mini, wobbler, dorbz, etc....) brought me? They all make me smile no matter what they are, and isn't that the point?
Now that I secured my ticket to my first Fundays or Fright Night event, there are even more memories going to be attached to whatever I get in that box of fun. There’s no flipping for this girl.

Lol it is harder to let go of the items that are worth more ... I think being worth more makes them seem even cooler.

I’m almost sure that there will be teams based upon all the Mike Becker posts.

If they do, that makes me happy. I do like how they are allowing for those of us that can't attend these kind of events. I think it is so cool they open up fundays boxes to online purchasing, but I like how they still make the event boxes unique for attendees.

At least to me, this has been the best BOF ever. I know most will disagree because of the piece count.
Characters wise I would agree with you! But yes, some probably prefer the under 500 counts
Katers wrote:QueenMyrrah wrote:Im still very new to funko, didnt start collecting until last year. Does every Fundays box have big varieties like this last fundays box with the teams? I heard there were 20 something variations of the box of fun that just passed.
Welcome to the boards!
There's usually variety for the BOF, but I agree that this year was amazing with the number of different pops! With past BOF, there was usually 1 must-have for me, maybe 2 max...and this year I wanted 3-4 right off the bat!
And now of course we're looking at the Fright Night box, and we don't know yet what to expect from that one. Gonna be fun for all of us as we keep making guesses and get our hopes up!

Nothing is confirmed yet but it is really looking like it’s happening. I thought Fundays was a hard choice, this is 10x harder.
