Beatles Monochrome Pops
Hey y'all, just wondering what ever ended up happening to these guys? Were they just a prototype?

I feel like it had something to do with a licensing issue? Not 100% I'm sure a more knowledgable Funatic will know.

OG Funatics can confirm this, but as far as I know they didn’t get released, but there are 10 samples out there - all numbered individually and signed by Brian. They are colloquially called as “color rejects”.

Amazing and beautiful. To bad about the licensing issue as these would have been perfect.

Gemini had them at a certain point years ago. I want to say either at $1,000 or $2,000 but I don't really remember.

I would love it if Funko made more Beatles Pop’s! Sgt. Pepper, Let It Be or even their early 1962 look.

Based on a collectors personal preference, edition size (LE 10), technically age of the pieces and the amount of Pops acquired for that cost, yes. Comparing it to a product of a similar edition size, gold Willy Wonka 2 pack; $2,000 isn't bad at all. You can also compare it to the original and/or chase Clockwork Orange or crazy color protos since those are individually numbered (though protos are valued differently compared to production pieces).

I'm only basing if on the market. I can't ignore inflation and cost of low count item. I understand if some disagree but I'm not gonna knock someone if they offer that price.
