Lights Out? Help me out

Ok, these guys look pretty cool but I have no idea who they are. Can someone help me out and I feel like these should be glow pops. Right? It would be a miss if Funko didn't release them as glows.

Google tells me that this is from a romance novel called "Lights Out"

Too add on - Apparently it's a Dark rom-com; almost sounds like "Hearts Eyes" minus the competition aspect in the book

It is a dark romance book series, one I have really loved. I believe it is also currently being optioned for a show or movie or something. I am pretty sure that booktok is gonna go nuts for these! I think they look great!
