Chase Rarity Question?
Still looking for my first Chase, and my question is this. do they make the same number of chase figures for each pop or is it different for each one, and what seems to be the easiest ones to find?

Re: Chase Rarity Question?
I don't know what the rarity would be, hopefully another member can answer that question, but the Batman chase is the easiest by far. I found five of them in the wild and even tossed one back because the box was damaged.
I have better luck finding him than a Loki!

If they have a chase, it's one per case.

I think the Batman and Green Lantern chase's are most plentiful.

Re: Chase Rarity Question?
Total number of chases would depend on the total number produced at the 1:36 or 1:48 ratio (or whatever the correct number is, I've heard both before....lately 1:36 seems to be the most commonly cited figure)...so some chases may be easier to find because there were more figures produced overall...which seems to be the case with Batman and GL, as someone else has mentioned.

Re: Chase Rarity Question?
Didn't want to start a new thread so I'll piggyback onto this thread re: chase pieces.
So when the retailers stock their Pop, they just grab each piece from the case and put them on the shelves? I'm assuming most of them don't know what chase pieces are, so they just put them out along with the regular pieces?

Depends on the retailer and the people that work at each store. I've heard that some people have made friends with people who work at some stores, and that they will hold and contact them when they find chases. So, it's time to befriend a stock clerk with some kind words and a pleasant request, or perhaps slip them some cash to look out for you.

Thanks for all the quick responses.
The only stores nearby that I can check are Gamestop, Hot Topic, and B&N. Will check a couple of them out this weekend.

Re: Chase Rarity Question?
There is one chase piece per master case. So for pops it is a 1:36 ratio.
Inside each master case are 6 inner cartons with 6 pieces. Not all stores order entire cases, which means if a store is ordering less than 36 of any particular item then the chances of them also receiving a chase piece goes down dramatically.
Also, some of the larger stores order pre-made assortment boxes. These assortments typically hold 8 pops and are constructed at the factory in china. The stores that usually get these pre-made assortments do not generally receive any chase pieces.
