Hope the cancellations are an error. I won a box but didn't receive a cancellation. Wonder why some orders triggered a cancellation email.

Then I assume you will get one if you didn’t receive an email cancellation. Like I said, hopefully they didn’t oversell and that’s what triggered the emails. Best of luck with the box.

Based on the popularity/interest on this, seems like they'll do more in the future. The mystery bags in store have been selling out too so it seems like a strategy thats working for them

Mystery boxes are often failures rather than successes for buyers but always successes for the ones providing them. This one's not what I'd consider to be part of that. 3 for $20 is still a win despite not choosing what you want and the reward is high for its value. I hope everyone posts here after they receive it and let us know what they got!

After seeing another post in here, and that they'd contacted Funko, I did the same, and got a similar answer that it was a glitch. So I was hopeful, but still worried about this!

And then this morning, lo and behold, they re-did the payment for the boxes, and it's showing up in my preorders on the Funko site. So I think I'm good? Cautiously optimistic?

So at this point, I'm going to count it as a win when I get a shipment notification, regardless of what I get in the boxes!

Glad this doesn't seem to have been a widespread issue among everyone in here. Hopefully just 3 more days until we start getting shipping notifications!
