A blast from the past. Don't forget about the cult leader. I'd place him beneath the dictator but above the assassins. The cult leader sways the feeble minds of the masses keeping the multitudes from rising up against the dictator. The cult leader also influences the masses to fight against the humans and robot gorillas.
