Re: What is your most recent Mondo purchase?
The last item I bought was the (online exclusive) American Werewolf in London poster for Monsterpalooza. The last item I received was my Masters of the Universe Orko! And it looks awesome.

Ooh, nice! We'd love to see your Orko if you have it on display.

Mondo actually had several incredible Godzilla prints at SDCC 2022. I picked up the sepia variant on the right, and will eventually get around to framing/hanging:

Congrats on that pick up, I did pick up some Godzilla prints in 2022 but unfortunately had no access last year and their was one Godzilla print I wanted.
I honestly can't remember which ones I got, although I know I also picked up baby Godzilla.

Thank you! "Gojira" is a timeless icon, and feel like there will never be too many prints of him -- which is why I'm sure we'll see more this year, too.

That's pretty awesome to know. It's understandable, really -- these are quite gorgeous.

That’s very fair. Framing and matting a 24x36 can get quite pricey!!

Unfortunately no, it's in a flat file and I'm lacking wall space at the moment

I usually wait for their frame sales as well. Hard to beat their quality when they're clearance priced.

Better to be in a flat file than not have it at all! Can’t wait to see when it’s framed.

Yea, it sounds like you need a flat file

The best place to find deals on flat files imo is on FB marketplace. Also, join the FB print groups (if you haven't already)

I've been buying top-loaders to keep my prints and posters in that aren't framed. I've been looking for one of those frames for kids art that you can open and swap out for a bunch of 11x17 prints. That way I can keep the look 'fresh' as I rotate them in and out.
Last resort, I might build one myself.

The largest top loader I've ever found has been 11x17...maybe 18x24. Do they make them for 24x36??

Hotflips sells 12"x18" top loaders, so just 1 more inch higher, but I think you have to switch to Baroque Portfolios if you want 18x24 and up (to store them flat).

As you can see, they come in about a million different sizes

And by the way are also quite less than Baroque.

There are actually toploaders up to 16x20, I have a few. I don't remember how much they were, but I do remember them being a little expensive.

I definitely got them at SDCC, but I don't remember which booth. It wasn't the huge dealer by the exit near Artist's Alley, it was someone on the opposite side. I wish I could be more help.

There are actually toploaders up to 16x20, I have a few. I don't remember how much they were, but I do remember them being a little expensive.
I picked up one...18x24 at a store called 'Vintage Stock' here in KC.
Ultra Pro website has 24x36 and 29x34. Not sure they're just lying around in stores.

Sitting on the floor, waiting to go on display. My Orko (which I'm beyond thrilled they've made).

Gorgeous new Mortal Kombat time edition just went up for pre-order. Love that it's gold foil.
