It's a psychological tactic, if flippers post pics of their whole lot and enough people post listings it makes people start to think that a smaller amount of people have this pop than is actually the case. It's purpose is to destroy the hope of finding it in the wild or hoping that more listings will pop up.

I'm sure it was a limit of 1 per person, but like someone else said they might have been working in a group and just combined all the ones they got.
