Chase stickers

So I found a chase without a sticker. Should I just buy a sticker for it or just leave it be? Btw it's a luke Skywalker on a speeder. It has the 40th sticker and on the recipe it says princess Leia

I think it will say Leia on the receipt because although the chase is Luke, the other pops that come in the master case are almost all Leias. And yes, i think you should pick up the chase Luke on speeder bike even without the chase sticker.

I've found 3-4 chases in the wild without stickers. To actually a pretty common thing. If you can buy stickers from people, your best bet to get a real one is to buy one off someone where it is still attached to the plastic and has been cut out. People make fake stickers for people that are sticker fiends.

It's all a matter of preference. If you're someone who likes to display in box then maybe the sticker is right for you. If you plan on displaying out of the box then I wouldn't bother with a sticker.

I’d say it’s not needed for that one since the box actually says Luke on it and there would be no confusion that it’s the chase. Personally, I spend enough on the Pops without needing to spend any more on missing chase stickers

Since it’s noted that Luke is the chase version, I personally wouldn’t need a sticker. However I also am an OOB. You do what you feel is best for you, and how you display.

Do with out it but if u must like they said buy the sticker from another chase box which u can find cheap chase piece on eBay 25 bucks if it's a must

It's just a sticker I wouldn't worry about it too much. I always wonder if in box collectors would rather have a minty fresh box with a Pop missing a limb or a perfect looking Pop with a completely trashed box.

I agree with this - I would definitely buy it and personally would go without the sticker. But I think it's just personal preference as to how you want to display it.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about it but like others have said it's really up to you and how you display your pops.

I don't know what the going rate is for a chase sticker but I wouldn't buy one if it was more than a couple dollars.

I think this was brought up somewhere else, but what do people think about Funko getting rid of Chase stickers on the box and instead taping the Chase sticker inside the box? Once you got the Pop you could open it up and then take the sticker out and put it on the box yourself.

Definitely purchase it and later on you can do a sticker swap. Or, like mentioned, you could buy a replacement sticker online. Some of the replica stickers are well made.

I think you have to ask if that is a big deal or not. I have one that did not have a chase sticker but it does not matter to me.

It's up to you. Me personally? I would leave it as is, but I don't blame you if you want that sticker. Either way, you got a good item there!

You mean put it inside the box where it can't be seen unless the box is opened to make it more difficult for flippers to find chases in the wild? I actually like that idea, although I would be fine with them just getting rid of the chase stickers completely for the same reason.

I usually open them for my display shelf and store the boxes away I'd grab it for sure

You'll still have people who will want to have the sticker so putting one in the box would at least keep some people happy. I'd love for them to get rid of the stickers though so it would actually make flippers do some homework/put in some effort.

I would write "chase" on a sticky note and just slap it on there

It's all preference to you, if you want to hunt down another chase and sticker swap that's one way. Or you could buy a fake on online. If your planning on keeping it, I wouldn't be to concerned.

I'd buy a chase if it didn't have a sticker , I actually bought a doghan daguis chase that had its sticker swapped in to another variants box haha

Up to you; but I'd be wary of buying a sticker. Half the times the colors are off; and something just feels "off" about it. If you have no intention of ever selling it; go with what you want. You can always take it out the box as others have suggested.

We have the opposite problem here in Utah. We have pops that aren’t chases show up with a chase sticker on them. They are pops that don’t even have a chase Variant.

I like it! So you would have to know what the variant looked like. Normal flipper probably wouldn't know

It’s honestly yet another awesome thing about Funko. There are so many ways to collect and there is no right way nor wrong way. You do you and I’ll do me.

I personally would just keep it the way it is. I’m not bothered by much about it not having a sticker. All I care about is having the pop
