Fortnite Pop!s on the way! Officially Announced Glams!

This is definitely my most wanted Pop! line, at the moment. So many skins would look great in Pop! form, and with all of the lore centered around Fortnite's superheroes and super villains, it'd be sick to have a few of those characters, like Carbide, Valor and Omega.

Anybody else wanna see these? I only play Battle Royale myself, but I still love this game.

My kids love Fortnite and Funko pops even more. They would love to have Fortnite pops. I think this is a matter of when they make them not if. Fortnite is huge.

It’s an interesting possibility because most people who play including myself just play Battle Royale, so with no story attachment to a character. There are for sure some great skins they could make into pops though, a lot of those skins actually have a collector value element similar to pops

I hope I'm not being a Debby Downer by saying, I personally, have zero interest in Fortnite pops despite playing the game. I'm just not particularly attached to any character skins and don't play Save The World mode.

That being said, I believe Funko will release Fortnite pops before the end of the year and that they'll be one of their best selling brands. For those who want them I suspect you'll be pleased soon - Fortnite was specifically name in the last Investor Earnings Call as a brand they were looking to license and iirc the Funko executive on the phone seemed to allude that not only was Fortnite a license they were aiming for, but it sounded like it was already at an advanced stage.

At the very least Funko is talking to Epic for the license, and Epic has been willing to license out their properties in the past for figures of sorts.

That's awesome news, though! I genuinely didn't know about that Investor Earnings Call, so thanks a ton for letting us know! Very exciting! :cheers:

it's refreshing to see this. I've never played the game, but because you play it doesn't mean you want to see it Pop! that said, I agree that the game is so popular it is all but inevitable that these will get made.

Agreed I’ve never played it nor do I want to but I’m glad to see if this happens. It will show there’s a ton of interest in the game line, and hopefully expand more on games or release new waves of current game lines.

Love the idea of fortnight pops as a pop culture and gaming revolution but tonme its kinda blah becuse there mainly skins on basic toons. Now if you make Freddy Funko in Fortnight skins then we got something special there. But all in all great line and I’ll buy a few of them. I like Fortnight but more of a H1-N1 guy myself.

This was probably my favorite reveal from Fundays! I'm hoping they create the matching Tricera Ops, the little tricera tops back bling in pop form would be so cool. This line has a lot of potential and could possibly bring in new collectors since the game is so insanely popular.

They did not however it would be pretty Epic(pun intended) if it was released around the 1 year anniversary of Battlw Royale. It seems far along as the Raptor costume looks like a 3D image instead of some of the 2D ones shown in some of the Toy Fair catalogs. The stars may align.

Very cool! When I do play Battle Royal I usually play as Tricera Ops, or use her back bling with other skins.

Now only if they can make an Exclusive POP! where it comes with a code for a limited edition skin for the game. That would be EPIC!. Hope someone notices this and makes this a real thing!

*Side note: If it ever came true. Can you imagine being an in box collector and a huge fan of fortnite? Would you open the box for the exclusive skin or keep the POP in mint condition?
