I don't even know, but the girl working there confirmed that people come in in waves to buy these things. He said some guy spent just $500 on one single type of pop (Sally HT exclusive). My jaw nearly hit the floor when I heard that.

They put up a sign for the sale, though, saying that you could only buy 3 of one style of pop. Props to Hot Topic for that one.

Flippers will always come in and buy 3 of a certain type if they see it.

They do. I don't know how long it normally takes, but some come back more regularly than others, while some literally take months. Eren (Titan Form) and Fading Cheshire Cat, although they're recent releases, have been restocked a few times. The Dark Knight Joker took MONTHS to be restocked (and now he's gone again )

It seems that he hasn't been restocked in a while. He was the pop that I wanted the most out of any on the site. ):

I don't know old he is, but you could always try in-store with the SKU number.

But, never give up hope. My only advice is...stalk eBay. Everyday. And sign up for email notifications. There's gotta be one person who lists one in your price range.

Yup. I wouldn't put it past HT. DisneyStore.com did this all the time with Frozen merch. There's no way I can check HT.com between 3 and 4 AM (or whenever they update their website) and get up for school at 7 AM. HT really needs a website update because their inventory system is HORRIBLE.

And when they do it's mostly random as to what they restock, so I don't know how anyone can keep track of certain items unless you get In-Stock text alerts (don't know why, but I thought of the Rosalina Amiibo). To be honest, I woke up at 3 AM (last year Feb. or Mar.) for Frozen merch and I was able to buy some things, but HT is so random with their updates you never know what is going to be restocked.

Elvis Stitch is starting to show up in the Michigan stores. The 626 Stitch and Scrump are showing up, too. These should be there soon for any East Coasters.

Also, HT is having another coupon promo that will be active after Hot Cash. It's $10 off a $40 purchase, and is available from Jan. 26 to Feb. 8.

I don't know if it's their site or my internet, but my computer always freezes when I scroll down a page.

Yeah. I'm sure there's more than this one, but there's a site called NowInStock and once you make an account you can receive texts or emails for a certain item. It also shows you the current stock of an item being sold online. I don't know if these sites have access to HT though.
