It's not your fault or any HT employee's fault. That irksome if you have problems in-store, too.
Corporate needs to address some of the issues with their website, so customers won't get frustrated with customer service/in-store employees. Customer service with most online retailers has become kinda rotten lately, and copy-paste messages don't make things any better either.
I highly agree with you about Stitch. He seems like he's going to be very popular. There were 7 in one of my nearby stores yesterday and they were gone today.
