I picked up a GITD Goliath but haven't had a chance to check out how well it glows.
Pre-release roller derby Harleys are still in stock at several HTs.
Still awaiting the new X-Men variants...

I noticed at the Hot Topic that I bought my clear predator with the blood spray that they had most of their exclusives on the higher shelfs and a lot were positioned behind other common pops.

Got Flash and Reverse Flash from Hot Topic today and was told Unmasked Flash is releasing next week at Hot Topics. Now I could be a jackass and it might not be an exclusive but if they put out the entire Flash CW line EXCEPT Unmasked Flash that has a "Hold Until Certain Date" I imagine hot topic is treating that one special because it is their own Exclusive.

I don't think that is true. The guy at Hot Topic I bought off of even called the main office TWICE to make sure the new Flash Pops were sellable already and that the unmasked was the only one that had a release date they had to hold it to. Hot Topic always gets Pops in before any other stores here and I'm sure that is a deal they have with Funko since they are probably THEE brick and mortor store to buy Pops in America (which I hate but it appears Gamestop plans on rivaling their selection this summer which is so much better because they are much more prevalent and you can check inventory on their site without going in store.)

Thanks for the clarification. I had read some more posts re: the Flash pops and was beginning to think that wasn't true. I just need my closest store to get theirs in so I can swap out my two boxes...not in good shape...

Any idea on what that "date" for the unmasked is?

Best I could get was "come back next week" so not sure. So nothing more solid than that but my guess is Monday or Tuesday. Or hell, it might be this Friday since it is the first of the month.

Mine glows the red color but it's really feint and only from direct exposure to a bright lite. I had to hold mine next to a l.e.d. Bulb for a min to get the feint glow.

I'm wondering if the popcultcha GITD and HT GITD are different... the image on PC shows pretty much the whole thing glowing red, but Hot Topic's glow image barely shows any glow unless it's just a terrible photo of it. anybody buy both and can tell?

That's a bit disappointing, the sculpt is really nice. Going to charge it under the black light tonight and see if it makes any difference.

I checked the glow on it in the store and it sucked big time. It was a faint red color and I could only see it on the face even after holding it up to the bright light in the dressing room.

Ok just rechecked the Goliath after charging it under a blacklight. It does glow better after a few minutes under it. Kind of reminds me of the Cthulhu GITD it takes a long time to charge up. Will check again after a longer exposure to see if it gets more red.

My Goliath doesn't hold the charge very well. Under a UV flashlight, you can see the red glow but goes away in 30secs-1minute. The GITD Hulk, for comparison holds a strong green glow for minutes with just a 10 second UV charge.

Man the Flash pops went fast on hot topics page. all three characters are gone already and barnes and noble doesn't have them, books a million only had flash last I checked.

I haven't seen much of The Flash (just the last 15 or so minutes before Supernatural came on when it was still on Tuesdays) but I'm surprised they went that fast from HT's site. Literally there, and gone the next day.

Was at the mall to pick up Hoth Han Solo this AM but HT didn't have anything new today. I'm just hoping one day I can walk in and find the Doctor Who pops or Elvis Stitch.. Dream on, I guess. lol

I haven't watched The Flash because I wasn't interested in Arrow and they're in a shared universe so I was worried about any cross referencing.. but with exclusives coming out I might opt to buy them and then check the show out sometime.. if I don't like it enough I can always try and sell or trade :p
