We also dont know if Target Warehouse has any stock they are holding back for restocks so you might see second hit at some stores but Funko might not be shipping any more.

Really why would someone buy it for $35 when they were JUST hitting shelves. I can't remember an exclusive anywhere in my city that I had a hard time getting so I surely did not expect to have a hard time now. Had no idea they weren't ever restocking them because they always restock exclusives around here. Otherwise yeah I might have laid down the $40 or whatever. Oh well. I have plenty of other Batmans and plenty more are coming.

I did. And still got screwed by eBay. So I'm out of luck. Sucks. But it is what it is.

Sorry, but why would I quickly jump on ebay to buy something for $35 that has just been officially released the same day. It doesn't make any sense to me and if this is what we've come to, then it's a flipper's paradise.
I still can't believe this entire post and hope it's trolling or a joke.

Believe it I read far to many post complaining about Funko and Target. Get over it or figure out a better way in your life to afford what you collect. I've said it before you shouldn't collect pops or anything else if your not ready to pay out for what you want. To each his own but there's far worse things to take to the net and complain about. Disabled kids in Seria, Starving kids in Africa etc. people need there brains adjusted to what matters in life. So I'm done just tired of seeing post after post with people complaining " I couldn't get one for $12 boo hoo, it's not fair etc." sorry your a cheap skate.

Beggers can't be picky and sadly almost all the people that don't have it on here. are whiny a** beggers. Either fork out the cash or shut the hell up. If you can't afford the pop you want so badly to come to the web and whine and moan about it then you probably shouldn't have it. Better luck next time. Or not because there won't be a next time.
Unless I overlooked a bunch of posts, people weren't stating they couldn't afford to pay $35, but that they had no idea the true limited supply, no restocking and that some locations got skipped on stock. You're right that Funko made a comment that it would be a very limited edition and wouldn't be replenished, but by then it was a lost cause for most. There are a bunch of people that are just getting emotional and getting bent out of shape over this, and I'm sure many of them in hindsight would have spent the $35 knowing what they know now. I'm pretty sure you're way off base here.

Yea I get that and I apologize if I offended some members. I just had to vent as well I guess. I just honestly believe that if you want something bad enough you gotta get it when you can and pay what you must before it reaches those Grail pop prices.

Re: Zur En Arrh Batman (Target)
All they did was creating a totally unnecessary sought after piece that initially and ironically was there to promote the new Funko endcap at Targets which doesn't make any sense if they want people to go there again and again to check out the endcap and probably buy stuff which they won't do if they know there's nothing left they want. Sorry but I still can't see why I would force myself to pay flipper prices on the first day something is out just to make sure that I won't miss out on it. That's not common sense if you ask me. It's not that I haven't paid ridiculous prices once or twice in my life, but I paid those for Pops that were vaulted or exclusive to a Con. I just don't see the promotion here nor do I see the reason to "pay out for what I want" on the fiest day of a new release.

Some restocks went out by me and some stores did get the batman that didnt have it initially. So there are still chances to find it in the wild although I expect that will dwindle by next week.

It looks like several Targets around me got restocked today. But I was in meetings all day until about 4pm. I called 6 stores and none had any. Most said they get trucks Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Good luck to all hoping for a restock.

Thanks for the updates on the restocks. My Target got more in, and while there were no Batmans I did get boxer Joker. A woman who worked there told me I was lucky because a guy has been coming in every day wanting to buy all their exclusives.

Unfortunately, a lot of people here assumed that PC would be carrying these eventually. It wasn't until days later that we discovered that PC would NOT be carrying them, and that the Batmans were limited to the initial shipment only. By that point, prices on ebay skyrocketed from $30 to $85. And now it's looking like they're even going for $100. So it seems everyone budgeted the $20-$25 it would cost from PC (with shipping), but by the time the news rolled around, it was too late and budgets were blown. Most can afford $20, but not everyone can afford $85-$100.

I actually have to disagree with this. Although there was a lot of disappointed collectors and flippers most people who went into target still settled for the next best thing and bought the SS pops even though there was no Batman. All the GameStops in my area are loaded for the most part, but yet most targets in my area have sold out of even the common SS or have maybe 1. So I think they actually did really well.

Re: Zur En Arrh Batman (Target)
Not me. I bought my SS pops elsewhere (Hot Topic - they were the first to get them in my area). I even bought the Joker exclusive from Popcultcha. My Target has had the same 8 figures on the shelf for quite a while now, while my Hot Topic sold through, reordered, and sold through that. Helped that there were plenty of exclusives in each batch (Harley in their first batch, Joker in the second).
Target seems to be leaving a lot of money on the floor with this one. Lots of Batman fans in the world. And while most probably don't care about this variant as much as I do, the fun colors alone would have sold plenty of this particular figure.

All my local Targets received just one case, maybe two. So all this means is that one person came in and bought one of each.

You've really got a lot of nerve coming here with your 12 posts and trashing good Funatics here who have LEGITIMATE complaints about distribution of this particular Pop. Do you know what anyone here makes salary-wise? Do you know how much money people here give to charities or how much time they volunteer? Do you even KNOW anyone here? I would guess that no, you do not, because if you did you would know that this community is filled with people with big hearts and giving spirits. There are also a lot of people here with sizable incomes. None of that has ANYTHING to do with the complaints being voiced in this thread. The simple fact of the matter is that once again, Funko has produced product in such small numbers that it is feeding a flipper frenzy which renders them all but impossible to find for the average collector. THIS IS NOT GOOD. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY. It is making collectors angry and frustrated, and they are voicing their concerns here where Funko might read them and understand that there is an issue. If not for collectors, Funko's forum would be nothing but tumbleweeds rolling through empty hallways. Their sales would be a fraction of what they are. It behooves them to listen to their collectors and adjust their gameplan moving forward. There is nothing at all wrong with people voicing concerns and complaints here (within reason). But coming here and trashing Funatics is another thing completely, and that is what you are doing.

Exactly, if you see these complaints and all you can take from them is "People complain because they can't pay"...you're part of the problem.

While bashing people is not the way to go. I do think the constant complaining about this character is old. I agree with, pay the ebay prices or don't get it and don't sweat it.

Well said!....funny because several people emailed me regarding the demeaning posts made by OP. Smh.

Lmao...
Some of these comments.
Seriously why people recommend feeding the flipper....
If I don't get something I move on.
Eventually things get re-released.

I like that you said "I move on". That's just it. Either feed the flippers or more on. Why dwell on something that those are your two choices.

I don't know how much Funko can do when a company says they want a certain amount of an exclusive, since it appears Target only wanted X amount produced per the contract they signed, so not sure if Funko has any say so. There is only so much they can do to please collectors. Although they need collectors to buy the products from companies that sell Pop! figures, it is the companies that are ordering exclusives and stock that pay their bills. And for that to continue, they have to keep them happy despite how collectors may feel.

From what I can tell from these boards, Funko is actually pretty open and responsive to feedback. So if something is handled in a way that frustrates their customers, shouldn't they offer that feedback, so that Funko can avoid those same pitfalls in the future?

The guy made a mistake and apologized. No need to keep harping on it.

This is an inane, contradictory statement. You are claiming that you are saying not to pay flipper prices and blaming people for "holding out"? The figure was released three weeks ago and jumped to ridiculous prices within days. No, you are telling people to pay flipper prices. Stop digging a hole for yourself.

"Sorry you were offended" and "sorrynotsorry" are not apologies. Reread his "apology".

More like I'm sorry I offended you but the fact that I offended you isn't gonna change my opinion. Y'all are all entitled to what you want to think I have no problem with that I voiced my frustrations and am done And over it moving on.

I will respectfully disagree. I think the SS Pops sold so well at Target because they are $3 cheaper at Target than Gamestop. If given the option (and I don't have an option as none of the Targets in my area have them), I would chose to buy Pops at Target over Gamestop just for the simple fact that I can save money.

Grail: Batman Freddy
Desperately want: Flashpoint Batman, SDCC Blue Batman.

This ^. So many people wanna point the finger at Funko without knowing all the details behind said exclusive(s).
