I've seen quite a few people on Facebook mentioning that they have them already. Most of them seemed to be out West, so you may be in luck. I also heard something about August 16th being the official date, but it seems some stores have thrown that out the window.

So hot topic and Target are both getting the bullseye batman pop. i know hot topic is getting a 2 pack with zebra batman exclusive. I thought they were both exclusive maybe its just the 2 pack thats exclusive and each will be available individually everywhere else.

I definitely need him. Per brickseek, almost none of my close ones do. The one place that claims they have him only has like 3 which is a sketchy number to me?

I'd be worried normally, but the fact this is Target's mascot I figure they'll have a ton because it's free marketing. Having them on the shelf makes more sense than having tons of hype for them online if it's a limited run.

Then again logic normally doesn't apply to stuff like this so I'm probably wrong

When we had our "Barnsie the Bear" stuffed bear, he hung around for months. We sold a lot of them but he kept showing up in more quantities. I'm pretty sure there's a few still floating around. I'm hoping that Target and Bullseye will be the same thing because my Target is terrible and I'd love to get this

I am not an expert, but I think it can mean what you said (that there's a release date). OR the employees have told me it can be off sometimes if they get a damaged one (it's on hand but they can't sell it), or sometimes if they adjust inventory (like it got stolen, so they think they have 1, but really it is gone so they adjust to 0).
