I still haven't been able to complete the PSH set though. Almost no Targets in the US ever got the exclusives. Every store I go to it's the generic.

I've seen people that have them so clearly they came out in some stores at some point! I'm thinking they didn't get further than the west coast. Actually, I'm kind of curious and will have to ask Lauren, but since Target is headquartered in Minneapolis I wonder if they actually get Target exclusives with more regularity in Minnesota. At this point, I'm also just looking for them on ebay..
