Scary Stories to tell in the dark Pops confirmed!
As a child, I used to read these creepy stories because the reading for my elementary homework recommended the books and now it’s becoming a film GDT is producing! I think . Should there be pops?
Recommendations if there will be POPs:
Creature with no big toe (leaked that it’s GdT’s imagination and how he sees her she was mentioned at the end of her story but no illustration )
Pale Lady
Jangly Man ( also told to be GDT's creation butnot sure?)
Harold (he’s shown in the poster)
Spider Acne girl from “the Red Spot”
(These are from the Super Bowl TV Spots and I’m trying to see which stories from the trilogy we know are in the film)
If you want to read the stories leaked again here are the titles:
The Big Toe
The Dream
Harold
The Red Spot
Jangly Man (confirmed to be a new monster based on Me Tie Dough-ty Walker)
Edit: THEY MADE HAROLD AND THE JANGLY MAN!

Saw the preview for the movie last night with the spider acne girl and my wife almost started crying because she was so freaked out I never read these stories, but the preview for the movie has me intrigued!

Same here! Super creepy but intriguing for sure! Very interested to see the characters and I'm sure Funko could make them into Pops!

The cool thing is one is not shown in the books but he kept their original illustrations the scariest ranked is the Big toe then The Spider Acne girl (it’s a boil) and Harold. There are very creepy stories that didn’t make it but I’m excited and I wanna see it

I heard these were being made into movies.. completely forgot until I seen the trailers last night. So excited! I'm going to have to find my old books and give em a quick re-read.

With the movie coming out there is a pretty good chance. With del toro directing them I think the chance is pretty high that we will get practical effects instead of cgi

Oh man, the acne girl would be a great pop. I wonder how extreme they could go with the characters.

I remember reading some of these stories as a kid. May have to go back and read again now. The previews from the movie looked pretty good, so I can see there being pops made.

Re: Scary Stories to tell in the dark Pops?
I wouldn't mind seeing Funko do something with the movie. I had COMPLETELY forgot about these books and stories until I saw the image of the girl from "The Dream" story. I guess I had suppressed all the memories of reading the books. But once I saw that image it all came back to me. I used to read them in elementary school and get terrified but wouldn't want to stop. Now since yesterday I've read first book again online. I think I'll be too much of a chicken to watch the movie but I'm glad they're making it.

The movie's twitter feed was blown up and rumored to be best teasers from Super bowl

Not that old xD they still have it to buy with the creepy classic illustrations or the bad and less creepy. Same I remembered the book when they announced Guillermo del Toro was directing but now producing the movie.
