Until Funko decides to bring back a 'RETRO' line hahahah!
I meant the actual mold.

I dunno, maybe it’s the announcement of yet another NFT drop meaning a couple thousand new Freddys are destined for this world, but it just got me thinking , and I know how much you all hate me thinking so I’ll end it there.

Nope. Feed me more Freddy's and less other basic bricks. Prefer collecting the Freddy's over most the lines they have coming out.

Thankfully I am not complete, so I just feel like I have better options for my collection. Really until I get my Ash Freddy they haven't made enough.

Agreed, I think this has also gotten a lot of newer fans into collecting Freddys by making them more accessible. I still think they should make limited ones to keep collecting fun and have grail Freddys out there.

Black Light Fundays had a Han Solo, Mando, and Darth Maul Freddy. This year Camp Fundays had Anakin, Chewbecca, Stormtrooper, and Luke with Grogu. I'm guessing there are more Freddys now because Funko has been releasing an online box of fun with higher counts.
I like the new ones and I mainly collect Star Wars Freddy, but it's way too much. =)

It would make sense, and they are typically some of the most popular ones so no reason not to make more! There are still plenty of iconic characters left for them to make!

I like the Freddys from Star Wars line, but it is still very hard to collect them even though more Freddys

And I need it to be LE 5000 so I can get one and not break the wallet!
nascar246788 wrote:I understand why they are doing what they are doing. I wish they wouldn't release so many because then it makes the Freddy collections less special. Part of the fun when looking at my freddy collection is they are something special in terms of they represent a memory or an event I have. I wish they would keep release low, but I also don't mind it.

LOL that might be another story! It may end up a low number at SDCC or something!
definitely, I do love a Freddy pop but love earning them by getting them at fundays, or through some raffle or convention. They tend to mean more for me. Thats me though, cant speak for everyone.mrodr110 wrote:BestDadEver wrote:Mr Yac wrote:I’m usually in the minority here on opinions, but am I the only one who thinks them taking Freddy from being a yearly offering that gets maybe a couple hundred pieces and turning him into a bi-monthly drop of thousands is really diminishing his appeal? I love Freddys but I was just discussing this with a buddy. To be honest I love getting my hands on the Freddys but loved it when they were harder to get. Almost felt like a reward to get one. You used to have to attend Fundays or get lucky at a convention versus being able to buy one every other week.
Yeah I agree with this, freddy should be the reward not a normal pop you get. Like social media freddy still is.
