MLP Vinyl Discussion (Funko please bring back the Vinyls!)

Yeah, none of the Hot Topic's in my area have any ponies. One place said they just have a few blue Discords that have been sitting there for months. The rest don't have any (old or new).

Awesome.

I guess I'll give it a few more days. Or hopefully HT will have them listed on their site soon.

I just called another store and they said they haven't seen any in a long time...guess i'll be ordering from their site when they put them up or get off ebay.

I've seen pictures from Cali, Nevada and NJ so they will eventually be in more places. Maybe not every store but hopefully the majority will get them.

I was really hoping they'd be around here already since I have to pick up an order from Torrid anyway. Would've been nice to just stop by HT. Oh well!

The fact is, they're finally in the US and I don't have to worry about overpaying for 'em! lol

I Just left my local store and they had the shipment box right on the floor and I asked them to open it.
No glitters but atleast they are in our area.

I just checked my HT and was able to get a Cheese Sandwich and a Maud Pie. They had like 6 of each too. Sadly, they did not have any of the pops I wanted. I was about to order them online, and so glad I waited, they were buy one get one 50% off too!

I called my nearest HT today after seeing that another local HT got Maud and Cheese Sandwich in. The girl told me they had them, but no glitters. I head over there after work, and what do I see?

Glitter Maud! lol

So I have her now, as well as the regular versions of both.

I'm very happy with these two figures! I didn't think I'd care for them at first, but seeing them in person changed my mind. Honestly, that's been happening a lot with these last few waves of ponies.

He actually came with an Equestria Girls Pinkie Pie doll (specifically this one). I'm not a fan of the dolls at all, but it was on sale and I needed that Gummy! He's perfect for the Funko figures.

Speaking of the pets, the ones that come with Hasbro's upcoming EqG mini figures look like they might be properly sized for the mystery mini ponies. At least I'm hoping so but then that means I have to actually buy Equestria Girls stuff?

I'm also hoping that in the not too far off future, we get a Funko protos for Starlight Glimmer as I really like her now.

I was thinking that, with the new EqG sets, except I plan on actively buying those. I was never a fan of the dolls because they looked too different from the girls in the movies (I also really, really hate dolls despite growing up a Barbie lover). The new chibi figures are just so cute and look more cartoonish, which I like. I'll definitely be picking up those sets!

That's really the only reason I was excited for the figure too, and I love MLP. Weird Al is the best.

Went up to my Hot Topic and picked up the regular Cheese & Maud...my salesman looked through all the boxes of ponys in the stock room but no glitters...also stopped at B & N but they didn't even have the regulars.
