MLP Power Ponies Mystery Minis

Toy wiz listed new Funko Mystery minis!! Color me shocked, maybe there's hope for the vinyls still with the new pop variants and now these! The set has 12 characters! Guessing the mane 6 and spike maniac and possibly some of her minions?? Excited for pictures def buying!

Maniac+ glow version
Regular Spike holding a comic
Metallic Rarity

That would be my pick for a set, however that's not counting the HT exlcusives. This is going to be a great set.

Maybe some of the Henchponies which I would love! Otherwise maybe some of the black or color ones were missing from before?? Colored AJ, Rarity, Big Mac, etc. or black Celestia, Cmc, etc

Why would you make a line based on a MLP episode about superheroes and not put all of the characters in their superhero costumes? Specifically the character the episode is about?

It seems like a really poor decision unless we're not seeing the whole line in this reveal. Does each character have two poses or something?

The picture is the Hot Topic set, their exclusives almost always replace 3 other figures from a normal set, so that's probably why some seem to be missing.

That's what I was thinking too.

I want to like these, but I'm not totally warmed up to them yet. WLF did it better, imo, I love those figures and I'll be ordering the newest set after it's released.

I have the singles and the fashion style Power Ponies Target exclusives, so I guess I wouldn't be missing out if I didn't get these.

I do like how Maneiac looks, though...and I do love how they have poses/expressions unlike previous pony mystery minks.

Holy cow these are absolutely adorable. Obviously since Funko never made full-sized vinyls of these characters, they had full license to do what they wanted with this series. And given the big change in aesthetic/design they have made in their Disney and other Mystery Mini sets, I'm not surprised we've seen a big change to the Chibi style. It's done well for them with the Harry Potter and Disney series.

Objectively though, these are very complicated sculpts for minis. I can't wait to see how these come out.

Very upset that there is no Humdrum in these, either HT or Game stop. The collection isn't complete until you include him, and I would have preferred him to all of these generic henchmen.

The point of the episode was Humdrum, and it was a Spike episode so this is inexplicable. Suffice it to say I'm upset. I can't buy these without getting an actual full set of the Power Ponies. ](*,)

I've been off on the Funko announcements but so happy to see the ponies still getting love. They do resemble the We Love Fine ponies but they still have that Funko cuteness. Definitely picking up a set. And please let this mean more full size vinyl ponies !

Can anyone confirm that Hulkitized Fluttershy is the heaviest of the case?

Is she large enough that you can feel her when you squeeze the box - similar to Looking Glass Bandersnatch?

---She's the only one I want. I'd like to grab her quick, if possible.

She is BY FAR the heaviest one in the case and is big enough that she barely moves if you shake the box. I found her in the bottom layer towards the back, but I have no idea if the case was really untouched or not.

Thanks so much! I took guesses today and got regular Fluttershy, and Pinkie from the top layer, I'll head back tomorrow and get the exclusives if they still have them, I know the Henchman is gone though.
