Legends would be cool. Being a Mariners fan, I'd hope for a Griffey at the very least (!!!). Would also like an Edgar, Buhner, RJ, Moyer, Dan Wilson, and maybe even a Joey Cora.

The team doesn't pay for any of it? It makes sense the sponsor pays for some (or all), but I guess I just figured the team paid for some of it. However, that thought might be because of a sports game I used to play (MVP Baseball?) where you had to pay for giveaways to boost attendance.

I have never worked for a sports team and do not know the contractual relationship, but I expect that the sponsor pays for the full cost of the giveaway and possibly an additional fee since there will be promotional advertisements, etc.
