That's going to be a challenge! I will go for what I can and hope I get lucky, be fun to have the set but not going crazy on being a completist either.

I don't think we will ever see a multi-color mini hikari. The fact is these are a really good price point.. i believe once you start adding in more colors and styles or hand painting to the process, it gets more expensive. This is probably why we've only ever seen these clear glitter styles across all the mini hikari available right now.

There are some cheaper ways to do it. Easiest would be a multicolor glitter mix. Also mixing different head and body colors in assembly, but that would take a bit more time in manufacturing. A simple tampo is fairly cheap as well (logo, eyes, etc.), all things considered, but I don't know how thin the margin is.

Thanks for the comparison pic Shawn, you don't know how tempted i am to pick it up now. I kind of wanted to be a completist with these but with the sdcc pieces being pretty limited i don't know if i should go for 100% completion with these.

I am very curious to see how hard they are going to be to track down next week. Guessing they will all be at Fundays since no announcement for the Pop-Up Shop or Funko booth yet and they've said all announcements are done. Unless there is more to come to the Funko-Shop next week...

I have all of them except I was holding off on the copper because I thought it was too close to the gold. Now that I see them side by side my fingers are typing in the Funko store address to order the copper. And I think it's going to be a major task to get all the colors from Funday's

I got mine today and when I was walking out to my car I thought to myself, "What the heck is burning right now?" I looked around to see if I could see a fire and then realized my Hikari was stinking like craaaazy! It was still in the sealed UPS box and in fact was double boxed

I had that issue with the gold one. The smell was pretty strong.

I think im gonna have to do some trading for them and I have to remember to keep an eye out for Funko-shop.com, i remember last year they released all of the pop up shop exclusives on there even big boy. They went quick!

I wish i had seen it. It would be in my collection right now. Going to keep a real close eye on the shop this year. There is so many things I want at the Pop up shop. When i go to SDCC on Friday I'm going to give the shop a try but I can't camp out so probably miss it all. Just have to go with the flow and deal with it
