Do they charge tax at the sdcc booth/pop up shop or do the prices include it?

Maybe they will have at Fundays again this year, but maybe not since so many production issues last year with them.

Hopefully they'll get a lot in stock, or else they shouldn't even bother anymore. I had to get Storm from Gemini because it sold out too fast.

Now I'm just hopinh Luna Lovegood isn't there, because that's twice as much fighting with BL lol

Should just split everything between B&N and HT since they seem to do the best with it all.

I've seen the TT Batmobile Ridez sell on eBay for as little as 30 bucks. The MotU stuff on the shop have all been slooooow sellers so I bet Panthor will be selling cheap even on the secondary market.

Yeah I'm going to attempt to order it since going to a physical BL store isn't an option at all for me since the closest one is over 100 miles away in Georgia... I just hope they get more Aladdin than they did with Storm because she sold out extremely fast. If they thought the wrath of Marvel fans was bad, they better not screw with Disney fans lol

I'm going to SDCC and I don't want to take the chance of not getting into the Funko booth, so I'm hoping they ship well. The closest Box Lunch is about an hour from SDCC.

Well let's start with two years ago. That year there were some TT exclusive Hikari that were not at all popular. So after the con TT decided they would only sell their exclusives in a mega bundle that included ALL of their exclusives including the Hikari, Pops and Dorbz. So in essence if you just wanted to get the Pops, you had to buy stuff you didn't want as well. Most people saw it as a cash grab on TT's part to unload the unsold Hikari, and the Dorbz too (which were not nearly as popular then as they are now).

Then last year they sold things individually and in bundles. The bundles sold out really fast. Then over the next few days many people (me included) got emails from TT saying they oversold and had to cancel orders. To "make up" for it they said they would offer those jilted buyers first shot at exclusives THIS year.

Alright, so here we are, and they sent us all emails that we -might- get a chance to buy a bundle. Sounds like it's going to be a lottery setup. So some will get to buy one and some won't. And get this, they're not going to offer any exclusives online this year at all except those that are sold in the lottery.

But there's been even more than that too- public relations snafus that really PO'd some people and such. Personally I don't have an axe to grind with them, they offer some pretty cool exclusives and I'll get them even if I have to resort to eBay. It would be nice if they weren't so hard to get but that's the nature of some exclusives, not just theirs.

Yeah frustrating is the perfect word for it! I still don't let it stop me from chasing their stuff, but there are people that just refuse to buy ANYTHING that originates from TT because of the bad blood over it.

If I'm reading TT's email correctly, Skeletor will not be offered individually by TT, only as part of a bundle. However, Funko did say that Skeletor would be made available on the Shop at some point, so that's probably the way to go!

yup the funko shop offering skeletor made my day, especially after you clued me in to the TT debacle. hoping i can grab one there. pretty much glued to my computer for the next 4 days. im hoping since there isnt a LE attached to it i may have a shot.

In other more pressing matters, I don't know how long I should stay up waiting for Nightwing/Deathstroke to go up on Entertainment Earth since I have to be up at 6. I have to choose what I want more, this 2 pack or Interplanetary Batman.

So far, it appears as though I've grabbed the EE two-pack, the TRU two-pack and the magic carpet. The EE pack says "in stock in August", so I may have missed it. It looks like I grabbed it 3 hours after it came up (midnight pacific), so here's to hoping!

I'm doing ok with dorbz so far! Got the Aladdin, bugs bunny two pack and nightwing two pack! Keeping my fingers crossed for the brienne/thormund set tho! What a great and crazy day to be a collector
