Mysta_Rabbit wrote:For those that had theirs packed box in a box, did you have anything else in the order to get the free 2 day shipping over $35? If not, I'm wondering if that's why it was double boxed (you paid for shipping, so they could "afford" to pack well). Mine arrives on Tuesday, so fingers crossed for a good pack job. The rest of the order came in 2 days though.

My Yondu was bubble wrapped too tight (bowed in on all sides) and wrapped in a plastic bag, in a box that was a good fit.

That's exactly how both my Yondus came. Bubble wrapped tight, and just like yours, the box came bowed on all sides. Which leads me to believe it wasn't the shipping, but the storing of the items and handling.

UGH!!!

My two are officially cancelled now, too.

I'm really mad, I don't care about the one that was for me so much, but the second one was supposed to go to my girlfriend. She's a HUGE Jurassic Park fan. She only collects two lines of Pops- JP & Scott Pilgrim, so I was really happy I was able to score one for her.

I have zero faith in Target that whatever restock down the line will be any easier to get.

Guess I'm gonna have to resort to eBay here shortly.

Ran into a frustrating problem with my order. It was mailed out last week and was supposed to arrive this past Friday, but as of today still hasn't. I contacted Target and they said that the delivery guy couldn't find my address, even though it was the right one, and my package was returned to Target. Because the delivery guy said he couldn't find it, Target is refusing to send the order back out, and says placing a new order is my only option. I tried explaining that it's sold out and won't be back for months, but they didn't seem to understand that. I'm beyond bummed; this was a Pop I'd been looking forward to for ages, and I'd lucked out and managed to grab one, only to have it sent back and cancelled because of a lazy delivery guy. :(

Our local toy store had a Pop swap tonight and I went. I was lucky enough to get my 2 Malcoms by Target order. But at the swap I saw no less than 5!! One person had 3 and the others had one each. I cant be sure , but last I saw, no one had sold one either. I was shocked, just a small swap, in a small store. I was wondering if maybe there are way more people who received them in the mail than we think.

Wow, Now that is totally a bad beat story. And how the heck could they not find it? That is more the fault with the delivery service. I would totally complain to the delivery service courier for not knowing how to find an address.

That sucks :( have you had other things delivered successfully? Sounds like putting a new order in will not fix it anyway.

Yeah, I know- and as my post states, I have ZERO faith in their upcoming restock.

Why would I after getting my order in super early only to have it cancelled without explanation??

I was also surprised to get my shipment from Target yesterday and found that two tiny Pops were in a *huge* box, with each Pop then inside individual smaller boxes. I was stunned to find no apparent damage.

They have definitely been doing better about packaging them! The only problem is that last time I got one, it was obviously damaged *before* it got into the bubble wrap and bigger box.

I got mine today. It was packaged the same. 2 boxes and bubble wrap. I was happy to see that. When I first looked at his head it looked Like it had a huge chip in the paint in the hair. I was lucky it was just a piece of paper inside the bubble.

This piece looks even better in person. I hope they do release more so a lot of the people that missed it can snag one. It's pretty cool.
