I was trying to figure out why the face didn't look as Hulk-y to me as the other figures, I think this is why!

There must be a licensing thing happening with the body portions. Dorbz dodged the bobble-head loop hole as did these with a very similar body shape to Dorbz. Funko must be restricted to that dimension/stance for non-bobble head items.

My best guess at least...

I love the colors on the mini Hulk Hikaris too. I saw that someone received a 1:1 Red fire Hikari full size Hulk Hikari from Brian M. during a Fugitive event I believe. That might be a hard one to obtain considering there was only one made.
