My cheapest have probably been from the $2 table at B&N, most recently the LOST set... which I already had, but duplicates never hurt when they're that cheap!

I just bought a clearance Security Guard Stan Lee at my local Wal-Mart for $4 Cdn....that probably works out to about $0.05usd hahaha

The cheapest one I have bought is from GameStop. The pops they are clearing out. I believe they are $5.99 a pop.

I wish my local Walmart would reduce prices too. My local Walmart has about 50 Capt Steven Hiller pops on an end cap. They have been there since he was released. I would think they would realize that the pop is not selling and mark them down to get rid of the stock. But no, they keep them there for $8.99 a pop.
