Overwatch
Now that Hasbro owns the Master toy license, do you think upcoming lines of Overwatch pops will require them to be bobbleheads?
Do you guys believe Kylo Ren when he says he will finish what Darth Vader started?

Re: Overwatch
I wonder how it works since we do have Lego Star wars and Marvel sets. Maybe since these were made before this deal or they don't clash with anything Hasbro currently it will be fine. But I have heard they can be pretty finicky with this stuff.

Lego are different though, they're not competing in the "action figure" market.

RIght. But Hasbro owns Kre-o, which are in the same market as Lego and Lego just announced a huge deal with Overwatch.
So if Blizzard is doing that deal with Lego then I would imagine that they will be fine with Funko continuing to make Pops the same way they have been and that pose-able action figures that Hasbro makes will be different and distinguishable enough from Pops.

Yeah and not trying to cause any rumors or anything just was curious, otherwise I can't wait to see what Hasbro comes out with.

I have a feeling that the Overwatch won't change to bobble-heads, but that's just a guess.

That’s a interesting post I didn’t think of. Hopefully they stay the same. Also between Cute but Deadly figures, the Lego deal, nenoroids, and the nerf weapons coming out, overwatch is printing money

I think it can go either way, but i wouldn't be surprised if they are forced to make future figures bobbleheads, much like marvel and star wars

I agree actually. Their figures are so bland compared to what companies like Funko, Lego, GoodSmile, and even something like NECA could do with the same characters. I get that Overwatch is geared toward a larger audience than Blizzard's over games, but they're still something of a "gold standard" developer. It's frustrating knowing that some of these great characters will be reduced to cheaply-made merch after waves of great-looking merch.
But I really hope that Funko can at least round out this current roster. I just need Orisa and Brigitte to round out my team!

Uggg....I hope the license Funko did with Blizzard included all the current roster. I am not a Hasbro hater, but man, the Overwatch line might be the best designs Funko has ever done. I would hate to see my collection split by bobbles :/

Agreed and being a huge fan of Overwatch I am pretty excited. Not excited for my wallet but excited to see what they do with it! Also hoping we get those Overwatch mystery minis eventually.

Re: Overwatch
This deal would have had to have been in the works for awhile, right? Maybe there's something in there about letting Funko continue to make Overwatch as non-bobble? Or I'm being naive
I can't wait for the Overwatch Lego sets though. I wonder if this is something we can get an answer for during a Funko Q&A?
