Echoing some people here, but definitely Voltron. He needs to be redone into something a bit bigger. I am wishing for 10' but I'd be happy with 6". I'm kind of bummed that it hasn't happened yet.

Hmm so many choices for this one. I think it would be awesome to have some of the disney characters done in this size. Buzz lightyear, Reptar, Woody, Beast, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy (my favorite Disney character).
