Does anyone know if you have to be a US citizen to enter the original funko twitter giveaways? Or can you be outside the US and still enter and have the chance of winning?

I have seen people outside the US win some Funko contests, don't know if they were twitter specific or not...

When they gave out the Thank You Freddies for those who voted for TOTY a few of my friends managed to get them shipped up to Canada from Funko. If that's ok I'm sure twitter prizes would be as well
