Man, okay, I need this. A WEREWOLF based on an old-school Genesis cult classic? How can I say no??

It's incredible that this is getting a common release for such a niche game. I half expected something like this to be part of the Specialty Series. But I'm stoked.

DEFINITELY just sticking to the darker common though haha.

One of the best games I ever played as a kid. Hours of fun. I hope they make the other two for the set. Maybe even make variants of the three stages of each Beast.

Wow, I always mention or talk about pops that I would love to see but then say "it's too neich, it will never happen". Then I see a release like this and it gives me hope that anything is possible. Altered Beast is also pretty awesome by the way, very difficult and awesome

They totally should, it was available on 360/PS3 and now it’s even on X1/PS4. I never beat it until it was on Genesis and I didn’t have to pump quarters into a machine.

About the Pop it looks like the reskin of the Rampage wolf, only so many ways you can 8-bit a wolf.

This was one of my favorite games I played when I was a kid. These look great in 8-bit form. I hope they make some of the other beasts.

God this is almost a litmus test on how old you are........ This game had parts where you were going to get hurt regardless. I would even play those boss levels with my eyes closed the damage was going to happen regardless. Others where you could electrocute that boss.

Did anyone else double power up one of the two players like we did lol

Nothing compared to my favorite side scrolling game of all time. SNES Super Contra.
