Pops That Made You Go "Huh??"

No specific Pop!s to add to the list, but I always question when they do TV Show or Movie characters who are just regular people. No identifying outfit or anything to identify them outside of the box telling you who it is.

These might actually be the most challenging pops to make, from the designer's perspective. There are a lot of iconic TV and movie characters who are just regular people. They have to somehow create a distinctive figure without being able to change much. It's interesting to see which ones fail and which ones succeed. I think the Golden Girls pops were very well done and are very obviously them. But for instance the Friends line, I think the girls look obviously like them, but the boys do not. It's really a mixed bag.

You know I love my Friends pops but really the only distinguishing characteristics between Joey and Chandler are the other accessories they're carrying.

The fact that Rachel has The Rachel just makes me so very happy. Tho that was a dark time for those of us named Rachel

Agent 13 with the Civil War line. There is no reason that Pop should have been included in this line. I don’t think the majority of people would want one if it was free.

I was actually thinking of the Friends Pop!s when I wrote this. I do think it's interesting the way the Funko designers come up with little ways to distinguish ordinary looking Pop!s from all looking like each other.

Both. I do wish she had gotten a bit more to do in both Winter Soldier and Civil War.

Personally I much prefer the new white and red it's just the pink that I don't like; not very interested in the next lot of Rangers if the pink looks like that again!

My issue with the next lot, if the mock ups are accurate, is the pink ranger is the only one shown without a weapon. Shes just...Jumping? IDK but I'm hoping they add the bow, if not, it'll look odd

The lack of a bow, if they are the final product, means I'll be skipping the set and just getting the white ranger - as it looks awesome.

I am a completest with that set since I'm a huge MMPR fan so I'll be getting it regardless but I am hopeful it'll be done right.

And that’s precisely why we are all here. From the ridiculous to the sublime, Funko has made pops for all of us. I love early Hanna Barbera. Who makes anything HB? Funko does and chances are they have made an obscure favorite of yours.

That's how I feel, there are many lines I don't collect or understand , but that's a good thing, as I dont have room for everything . But there's something for everyone.

That's how I feel, there are many lines I don't collect or u derstamd, bit hats a good thing, as I dont have room for everything . But there's something for everyone.

Haha I agree, there are some pretty obscure Star Wars characters who got Popped. I think Star Wars collectors obsess over all characters though so its not as big of a deal when they get a Pop! for a character that doesn't do anything in the movies
